32. Invest in Domains

Domain names are the new real estate. All of the 3 letter .com’s are taken and nearly all of the 4 letter .com’s are taken.

So that leaves 5 letter .com’s. Although world economies might be hitting the rocks, don’t worry about things online – things are still booming and even if/when we do have another dot com bubble burst, get ready to pounce on expiring domain names and sites that are selling for peanuts.

You only have to look at sedo.com‘s recent sales to see how much domain names are selling for nowadays… Here’s a few of the big guns over the pasty few years

  • Sex.com sold for $14m
  • Porn.com sold for $9.5m
  • Business.com sold for $8m

A good tool I use to ‘snipe’ expiring domains is http://freshdrop.net/

    hi friends…
i have a some good domains i want to sell… and when i say good there are really good. many of them have top brand names and makes a sensible keyword with really high searches in google, yahoo and bing.

I also have domains with no brand names that’s, again, high in demand…
for example: “EatThisNotThat” (currently available) and a lot more.
i’m good at getting these 1st class domains, and I need an investor who wants to do serious business with me. I ready to sell in bulk for cheap, and then you can re-sell them on domain selling sites like Sedo.com, Flippa.com….etc, where the price shoots up like a rocket.
I dont sell there myself because it take time. So, if you have time and patience, you can be one of the sellers that has a real good domains that are really in demand, because when I say I hae good domains, I really mean it.
